Take the Plastic Stomach and Plastic Intestine from the basins in the Exam Room. Take the Exam Room Key in the Staff Lounge. Take the Staff Lounge Key from the last cubicle in the Toilet. Go to the Normal World through the mirror in the Toilet. Take the Plastic Liver from the flush tank in the Toilet on the 1st floor. Insert the Golden Egg into the door with an oval opening on the 1st floor and enter the door. Enter Room 205, after the cut-scene touch the mirror to go to the Otherworld. Go to the elevator, after meeting the doctor go to the 2nd floor by the elevator. Take the Hospital Map from the notice board in the Lobby. In the burning house go to the upper floor, find a burned girl and escape from the house with her. This walkthrough gives you only the basic information to progress through the main storyline of the game and is mainly for the players who got lost or stuck at some puzzle, but don't want any additional spoilers and wish to explore on their own for the most part.
